Yoga Pavilion
Our commitment at Yoga Pavilion is to enrich your life and strengthen your mind and body through play, openness, exploration and self-discovery.
Yoga is renowned as a way to become more grounded, allowing us to better understand ourselves by accessing connections in the present moment. At Yoga Pavilion we aim to ensure that each person leaves class having learned or uncovered something through their experience.
Our approach is unique. It is gentle, caring and simple yet rigorous and considered in its attention to detail. Our twin studios are purpose-built to provide the luxury of individual space for students and personal attention from the teacher where required.
Yoga Pavilion is a space where people of all ages and levels of experience – including absolute beginners – are warmly welcome.
Why not stop by and enjoy a calming, complimentary cup of herbal tea.
We teach three forms of yoga, the main one of which is called Hatha Vinyasa. This form, often just known as Yoga to many people, is a great practice for anyone no matter how old, flexible, fit or strong.
We also teach Restorative Yoga, which is a wonderful therapeutic form of yoga that involves very little physical effort but with all the benefits of an active practice.
And, exclusively to North Sydney, we also offer AntiGravity Yoga, a new form developed in the US that is fun, thrilling, relaxing and therapeutic all at once. We practice with the aid of hammocks hung from the ceiling, which are used to lengthen muscles, decompress joints, and release happy hormones by swinging from the ceiling!
We have an introductory offer of $20 for 10 days. There’s no need to book but please come 15 minutes early to your first class.
All students are welcome to come to any class.
